KalshiEdge LLC ("KalshiEdge," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We may also collect a name if you choose to provide it.

API credentials: To connect your trading accounts, you provide API keys. These are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never transmitted in plaintext after initial entry.

Trading activity: We log trade entries, exits, P&L, and signal data generated through your account. This data is used to power your dashboard and improve our algorithms.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage. This data is anonymized and aggregated for analytics.

Payment information: Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive only a tokenized reference and basic billing details (name, zip code).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the KalshiEdge service
• To execute trades on your behalf as instructed
• To send you account-related emails (receipts, security alerts)
• To analyze aggregate trading performance and improve our algorithms
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your trading data to trade on our own account or for any purpose other than providing your service.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle billing
• Infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) who are contractually bound to protect your data
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records). Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
