These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KalshiEdge services provided by KalshiEdge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("KalshiEdge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

KalshiEdge provides algorithmic trading software that connects to your existing prediction market accounts (including Kalshi) via API credentials you provide. KalshiEdge executes trades on your behalf according to the strategy parameters you configure. KalshiEdge does not hold, custody, or manage your funds at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in prediction market trading in your jurisdiction. By using KalshiEdge, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Not Financial Advice

KalshiEdge provides software tools only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Prediction market trading involves risk of loss. Past performance of our algorithms does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

4. Account Credentials & Security

You are responsible for the API credentials you provide to KalshiEdge. You should:

KalshiEdge stores API credentials using industry-standard encryption. We do not share your credentials with third parties.

5. Subscription and Payment

KalshiEdge offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalshiEdge LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to KalshiEdge in the three months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular trading outcome will be achieved. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KalshiEdge LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and any data stored therein. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
