Customer Agreement

1. Nature of the Relationship

KalshiEdge is a software provider, not a broker, financial advisor, fund manager, or fiduciary. By subscribing to KalshiEdge:

• You are licensing software tools that automate trading on your behalf
• You retain full ownership and control of your trading account and funds at all times
• You authorize KalshiEdge to execute trades in your name via API access you provide
• KalshiEdge never holds, transfers, or custodies your funds
• You remain solely responsible for all trading activity in your account

2. API Access Authorization

By connecting your trading platform credentials to KalshiEdge, you explicitly authorize KalshiEdge to:

• Place and cancel prediction market contracts on your account
• Read your account balance, open positions, and trade history
• Access market data and order book information

You explicitly do not authorize KalshiEdge to:

• Withdraw, deposit, or transfer funds to or from your account
• Change your account credentials or personal information
• Create new API keys or grant access to other parties
• Access any account other than the one you specifically connected

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the API permissions you grant match the above. Never grant withdrawal permissions to API keys used with KalshiEdge.

3. Service Activation and Bot Operation

Upon activating a KalshiEdge bot:

• The bot will begin scanning markets and executing trades according to the strategy parameters of your selected risk tier
• Trades are executed automatically without your approval for each individual trade
• You can pause or stop the bot at any time from your dashboard
• Open positions at the time of pausing will remain open until they resolve naturally
• KalshiEdge makes no guarantee that the bot will execute any minimum number of trades per day or week

4. Risk Acknowledgement

By activating KalshiEdge, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood the Risk Disclosure
• You understand that prediction market trading involves risk of loss, including total loss of your trading account
• Past performance of KalshiEdge algorithms does not guarantee future results
• You are using capital you can afford to lose
• You are not relying on KalshiEdge returns as a primary or significant source of income
• You have independently determined that algorithmic prediction market trading is suitable for your financial situation

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Your subscription begins on the date you sign up and renews monthly on the same date. Key billing terms:

• Free trial: All new accounts receive a free trial period. No charges during the trial.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will receive advance notice before your first charge.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until then.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

6. Data and Privacy

KalshiEdge collects and stores your email address, encrypted API credentials, and trade execution records. We use this data solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Support and Service Levels

KalshiEdge provides support on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or service uptime. During our early access period, the service may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable without advance notice. We will communicate major changes via email to the address on your account.

8. Intellectual Property

KalshiEdge's algorithms, software, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of KalshiEdge LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal trading purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from KalshiEdge's software or algorithms.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

KalshiEdge may modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

10. Entire Agreement

This Customer Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure, constitutes the entire agreement between you and KalshiEdge LLC regarding the service. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
